​Developments 2 Inc. (Dev2) is the realization of a dream.
Over the past 15 years Dev2 has grown into a reputable real estate development company catering foremost to the needs of its clients. Dev2 was built on integrity, honesty and hard work by individuals who can be trusted at their word.
Our success at Dev2 is achieved through strong relationships with our business partners, a disciplined old school work ethic and a willingness to take on measured risk. The partners of Dev2 are grass roots Saskatchewan boys who offer “big company” quality without the pretense.

Our Team
Kelly Rogers
Kelly Rogers is the founding partner of Developments 2 and has over twenty years of business experience. Kelly has extensive knowledge and a passion in all aspects of commercial and residential development. Kelly was born and raised in Fort Pitt, Saskatchewan, attended the University of Saskatchewan and currently resides in small town , Alberta. Kelly and his family are actively involved within the community and enjoy the small town environment
Ryan Sawatzky
Ryan has a business career spanning 2 decades in which he has accumulated knowledge from several different industries. Stepping into the real estate arena has been hard work, challenging, intriguing, exciting, rewarding and fun all at the same time. Ryan reflects, “Hard work will bring success and we have worked very hard for what we have accomplished. However, the best part about our dynamic organization is that it has provided me the luxury of both spending more time with my family and working closely with a lifelong friend. I truly love to come to work every day!”
Tracey Greenshields
Tracey is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in various industries in and around the Calgary area. A graduate of Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and a proud Calgarian, Tracey has enjoyed the past five years working with Dev2 in a growing and dynamic real estate development business. “Real estate development is a very rewarding and challenging business. Working with great people is what makes Dev2 successful. Our customers and partners are amazing people.”
