Plans are in motion for DEV2 to contribute to the commercial component of a mixed-use development inthe thriving hamlet of Langdon, AB. The master plan involves 1133 new residential housing units, as well as a new school. DEV2 is involved in developing a 12-acre portion of this project into roughly 82000 square feet of commercial retail space, along with assisting in the development of 146 town home units on the southern 3 acres of the site. The completed development will include a Sobeys grocer and liquor store, a Rexall drug store and a McDonald’s restaurant along with Gas bar and accompanying convenience store. Construction is set to begin September of 2024 and be completed by the end of 2025.
