Plans are in motion for DEV2 to contribute to the commercial component of a mixed-use development inthe thriving hamlet of Langdon, AB. The master plan involves 1133 new residential housing units, as well as a new school. Construction is set to begin September of 2024 and be completed by the end of 2025.
