Southbow Commercial

Located in the community of Southbow landing along the South Side of Cochrane boarding the bow river and several other new communities. South bow landing is the largest Developments 2 project to date. Set to provide roughly 150,000 SQf of new commercial space including a large grocery anchor, fuel station, and several confirmed national tenants. The project will bring new life to the underserviced south half of Cochrane and provide a strong commercial base for further growth in the years to come.
